How do I register for BettFest on-demand?
You can register for BettFest on-demand here.
Please select the audience you reflect, visitor or vendor and use a unique email address
After receiving the confirmation of registration email, you will receive a personal link to access BettFest on-demand. This entry link is unique to you and will allow you to use the chat and Q&A functions. Please encourage your colleagues to register for BettFest on-demand separately.
You can join BettFest on-demand at any time. Your registration gives you access to all session within BettFest on-demand.
Is there a fee to register?
BettFest is free to view and there is no cost to watch back our 3 day virtual event. You can register to watch back here.
I didnt receive an email confirming my registration, what should I do?
Firstly, please ensure you completed the entire form, through to the submission page. Then, check your inbox and junk mail folder for an email from email@example.com

I can’t log into BettFest on-demand or my personal link doesn’t work?
If you are trying to login from a company device, please check with your company’s IT department. Very strong firewalls sometimes block webinar platforms. If possible, use a personal device if you have had problems with other webinar platforms in the past.

What is the best device and browser to use to log in to the BettFest platform?
Our webinar platform, BigMarker, recommends attendees use Chrome or Firefox on desktop for the best possible experience.
However, the latest versions of other browsers will still work, and it is also possible to dial-in on mobile. Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
Please be aware that some organisations’ firewalls may block elements of BigMarker or cause performance problems, so you may want to check with your IT team or use a personal device if you have had problems with other webinar platforms in the past.
