LEGO Education at Bett 2018

As you walk around Bett, look out for some exciting new products, activities and fun photo opportunities from LEGO® Education. Meet a Minifigure, find out how to claim your LEGO® gift, get hands-on and have some fun, and make sure you come to the Bett theatre to listen to our talks about playful learning and why we shouldn’t be teaching to test, how to create job-ready students and to find out about LEGO and the maker revolution.

Lego Education bett show

Come and visit us at the Bett Café on Wednesday 24th January

LEGO® lends itself to maker spaces, allowing pupils to get creative, imaginative and collaborate; designing, prototyping and testing their builds, and using other materials in their creations. Our maker activities support teachers by providing age and curriculum-relevant material that facilitates engaging lessons and, therefore, effective learning.

This hands-on approach creates active, confident and lifelong learners by enabling a positive mindset and encouraging a self-directed motivation to learn.

On Wednesday 24th January only, you can come and try it out for yourself! We’ll take you through our new maker process where you’ll make a digital accessory, firstly defining the problem, then brainstorming, designing a solution, making it, reviewing it and sharing it. And you’ll definitely have fun!
