Computing at School (CAS) is part of BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT.  The mission of CAS is to provide leadership and strategic guidance to all those involved in computing education in schools. In this information session, delegates will learn about CAS, what is offered, how and why CAS is an integral part of the National Centre for Computing Education (NCCE). You will also hear from a CAS Outreach Manager and a CAS Community leader and the role they play in the CAS network, additionally you will hear from a teacher about the impact that being a part of the CAS community has had upon their practice. Delegates will leave with an awareness of CAS and how to be a part of the community.
