Crick Software and Mada announce Clicker 7 Arabic05 Dec 2018 Crick Software Ltd
Crick Software, supported by Mada (Qatar Assistive Technology Center), has just launched an Arabic version of its award-winning literacy and language learning tool, Clicker.
Clicker 7, which is currently used in thousands of schools around the world, has been designed to help pupils of all abilities to achieve rapid and permanent gains in their levels of literacy. Clicker 7 Arabic is a fully translated interface that includes an Arabic predictor, spell checker, picture library, example activities and realistic, human-sounding Arabic voices. It is a dual language version, providing learners with the versatility of both Arabic and English writing support.
Mada has also announced that it will be providing over 30,000 students with disabilities with access to Clicker Arabic across Qatar.
“We believe that for many children, the struggle to achieve the same results as their peers stems directly from barriers to literacy,” says Crick Software CEO, John Crick. “We created Clicker to help students overcome these barriers. We are delighted to be able to offer Arabic teachers this opportunity to harness the power of Clicker and enhance their pupils' learning experience.”
