Future Learning Spaces - The home of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme, The Primary Capital Programme (PCP), Academies and Schools Capital Programmes at BETT 2010.

Future Learning Spaces reflects the extended role of Partnerships for Schools which now includes the full suite of capital investment programmes .

At Future Learning Spaces you can:

1. Meet Partnerships for Schools – staff will be pleased to welcome you at stand S109.
2. Hear speakers in the FLS Seminar Theatre - subjects including: green technologies; reaching the YouTube generation; change management; flexible adaptable and integrated spaces; and on Friday 15 at 2pm, hear from The Transformation Trust, a new educational charity that funds extra-curricular activities in new BSF schools.
3. Visit exhibitors offering specialist information about ICT in BSF and other programmes
4. Explore future ICT concepts in Interactive Learning Spaces
5. Network in the Local Authority Lounge and Network Managers Lounge

We have brought together experts from schools, local authorities, designers of physical and virtual spaces, furniture and ICT companies, advisers, pupils and Education Ministers to share their experience of the added value capital programmes nationally and internationally are bringing to all areas of education.

Tim Byles speaking at BETT 2010

Tim Byles will be delivering a keynote on Friday at 12.30 to explain more about the ‘one conversation’ approach now that PfS is responsible for the management and delivery of all schools capital programmes, with a particular focus on the 2010 review of the procurement process and the role of ICT.
