Seminar Details SEMINAR BOOKING CODE: SO23 This seminar will draw on contemporary research into what makes outstanding leadership. It will describe Lord Lawson of Beamish’s innovative approach to identifying, developing, distributing and sustaining leadership at all levels, galvanising staff and raising student achievement. It will also describe how the school has restructured its leadership organisation.
