Venue AccessOlympia Grand Hall access is on Olympia Way. Olympia National Hall and Olympia Two access is via the main entrances on Hammersmith Road. Lifts are then used to access each floor. Olympia Conference Centre has its own entrance on Hammersmith Road and is accessed via a ramp in the foyer and lifts to Level 3. For any special access requirements or requests please contact the Olympia switchboard on 020 7385 1200. |
Manual Wheelchair LoanWheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7598 2411 for Olympia. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. |
Hearing AssistanceBoth Reception and on site Box Office staff in Olympia will assist in your enquiries as required. The Olympia switchboard operates the 'Typetalk' system, the textphone relay service for hard of hearing people. Induction Loop Systems are installed in the seminar theatres at BETT. A signer will be available at BETT for deaf sign language users in BSL or SSE. Taxi BookingAccessible taxis can be booked through Computer Cab (020 8909 2999). Access to the venue after a concert for taxis is restricted. The venue should be contacted if a taxi has been pre-booked. |
Restaurants and BarsAll facilities can provide services at ground level, including the TES Café, at the back of the Grand Hall. Please ask a member of staff for assistance. Large print menus are available on request. Any special requirements should be directed to the venue prior to arrival. |
