Plan Your Visit
Plan your visit to BETTIf this is your first visit to BETT (or even if it’s not), make sure you plan your visit in advance to maximise your time at the show. Here are some top tips to help you know before you go: Before BETT When you’re at BETT After BETT |
Before BETTStep 1: Register free online |
Step 2: Decide who to seeTo help you decide who to see, search our exhibitors according to their specialist subjects, products and/or levels of education catered to.
Note down the stand numbers of the exhibitors you wish to see. You’ll get the latest event floorplan when we send you your badge in December – use this to plan your route around the show. |
Step 3: Arrange a meetingPre-arrange meetings with exhibitors you are interested in talking to. For BETT 2009 you can book a meeting/contact exhibitors through this website. To do this, go to the listing of the supplier you would like to see and click on 'contact this supplier'. |
Step 4: Decide which seminars to attendSearch through the seminars and keynotes available at BETT and decide which you would like to attend. Make sure you pre-book your place to ensure a seat (a small fee applies to pre-booking seminars). The seminar programme will be available in the Autumn. |

When you're at BETTStep 1: Look at the Show Guide when you first arriveThe BETT Show Guide is free and will be handed to you in a carrier bag upon arrival at the show. Take a few minutes to review what’s on and familiarise yourself with the layout of the event. |

So take time to visit the various independent information and advice centres dotted around the show, including the BESA Show Information Point downstairs in the centre of the Grand Hall and the TEEM Software Information Point. |
Step 3: Visit the seminarsIf a seminar session has not been booked out prior to the show, then tickets for all spare places are available for FREE at the Seminar Ticket Desk, which is located towards the back of the Grand Hall.
|
Step 4: Put your feet up for a bitThere’s an array of bars and cafés in Olympia so take some time to recharge your batteries. In particular there is the Café Grand which serves a variety of tasty food and drink and has ample seating. Upstairs is the Gallery Bar, located at the crossover point between the Grand and National Halls, stop by for a break from the show.
