A group of teachers from England, Scotland and Wales have come together to create the K-Team. They have been building software and using software which is compatible with the Xbox Kinect. The Xbox Kinect can run on a stand alone PC and these teachers have been developing tools and software to enhance the learning. They have developed emulators which allow students to use the computer with the use of the Kinect. They have been building software which show students the world map. Students are now able to browse the earth with the use of the Kinect sensor. The teachers have build up a community of teachers and looking to recruit other teachers with ideas so that it can become a larger community with more free resources for other teachers. They have many resources which help students program through the use of Kodu and they're presenting them in this session.
