In addition, the Technology in Higher Education conference will cover improving teaching, learning, student engagement and operational efficiency in Higher Education.
Businesses: HR and Learning Development professionals find products and services to help improve learning in the workplace. In addition, visitors from this sector can attend the Workplace Learning conference to learn how top organizations are building world-class employee learning cultures.
Students: An environment for students to interact with technology solutions with their education establishment.
2. How can I register for the show?
Registration for Bett is free of charge if you register in advance. Please click here to register for your ticket.
3. How can I register a group?
To register a group of 8 or more for the show, please contact email@example.com and request to have the form sent to you. Please then complete this ensuring that all information is correctly completed to enable us to perform the registration process for each visitor.

4. I am a student, am I able to attend the show?
Students of Undergraduate level and above (individuals and groups) on relevant courses of study are welcome to attend on the last day of the show but will not be permitted to trade. Students will be asked to show an NUS identity card or equivalent student identity. All students will be required to register for the event via the normal registration process here.
5. Is the show free to attend?
Entry is free to all trade visitors who register online prior to the show (or those looking to start a new business in the next 12 months).
6. Can I register when on arrival to the show?
Yes, you may register upon arrival at the show, please go to the registration desks to do so.
7. When will I receive my Entry badge?
Email: If you opted to go green you can print your e-badge at the end of registration or from the confirmation email once registration is complete. If you are unable to print your badge, don’t worry – just show us this confirmation email on your mobile device.
8. Can I edit my registration details?
If you wish to edit your registration details, please go to your confirmation email and click on the option ‘edit your details’. This will then open up a new window allowing you to change your details.
NB: The option of having your entry badge posted cannot be changed in the 2 week run up to the show open days as badges will have already been posted.
9. Is attendance to the show date specific? Can I attend on more than one day?
Attendance to the show is free on any day and not date specific. Your badge will grant you access across all days, so if you wish to attend on more than one day, please keep hold of it.
10. Where does my visitor e-badge/entry badge allow me access to?
Your entry badge allows you access to the whole show unless stated otherwise. For example, if your entry badges state ‘Press’ you will have access to the show Press Lounge.
11. What if I have forgotten my e-badge/entry badge when I arrive at the show?
Registration staff at the main registration desks will be able to find you by company name/surname on our data base to print your entry badge. If you can, please provide proof of company name via business card or confirmation email.
12. Can I bring children?
Yes of course, we welcome children of any age as long as they are accompanied by somebody over the age of 18. Anybody attending the show will need to register via the normal registration process. Please note, on arrival at the show, children will be asked to enter via entrance N8.

All onsite parking is pay and display, with the exception of the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park, which is located at the west end of the site. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park can be paid for at one of the three pay points located within the car park at the end of your visit.(the machines are located on level two and level zero and all machines accept both cash and credit card). 18. Is there free WIFI at the venue?
Yes, free WIFI is available throughout all the Show Halls at ExCel London. To connect, select ‘ExCel Free Wifi’, and fill in the information form on your browser page.

20. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom available in the center of the Boulevard outside halls N4 and S4. Prices start at £1.00 per item. Items are left at your own risk. Large cases accepted within reason.
21. How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?
On arrival to the show, show guides with floor plans will be available to collect at the entrance.
22. Is there a cash point?
Cashpoints are located opposite to Hall entrances S1, S4 and S6 in the boulevard.

4. Seminars and Features Information
29. How many seminars are there?
We encourage teams of school educational establishments to attend and provide the opportunity to hear from other education professionals in a selection of 5 seminar theatres, 2 summits and the Bett Arena.
30. Are seminars free to attend?
Yes, seminars are free to attend.
31. Are seminars ticketed?
No, our seminars are run on a first come, first served basis. All we advise is to arrive at the seminar plenty of time before the start time to avoid disappointment.

32. Do I need a visa?

33. I require an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply?
Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which is sufficient for visa application.
